DIY: GIFT BOW
Anyone who knows me knows I love to wrap presents. I always use the most beautiful papers and satin ribbon instead of gift string. There's so much more fun to give away a present that really is beautiful and that you put some work into! Last Christmas I saw that you could buy ready-made, large bows that you could put on a package for sixty (!) Crowns, so I felt simply obliged to show you how easy it is to make your own! All you need is a nice ribbon and scissors.
1. Wrap the band 15 times around your fingers.
2. Cut off the corners, be careful not to cut completely through so that the band breaks.
3. Move so that the clipped corners are facing each other so that the band gets a "waist" and tie with a ribbon.
Klart!
4. Take the inner loop and pull it straight out to the right and then towards you, then do the same with the next one and keep it up, inside and out. Then turn on the bow and do the same on the other side so that the loops ports on both sides. Done!
