SUPER BREAKFAST: CHIA PUDDING
I guess no one missed the new trend seed, chia seeds? Chia seeds are tiny and tasteless but bursting with fiber, protein, omega-3 (8 times more than in salmon!), Calcium, iron and lots of vitamins. You can sprinkle the seeds over your porridge, yogurth, soup or have them in your cooking but here's a small breakfast recipes on how you can start your day with a bomb of all this. I think it's very filling so I only eat half a serving each morning (the recipe is actually for two servings).
