THE PERFECT DESSERT: PANNACOTTA WITH PASSION FRUIT AND MERINGUES
This is a recipe that I've been using quite a lot lately! It's the perfect dessert when you have to cook for many people and don't have that much time, I made these for both our New Year's Eve dinner and my going away party and I've never gotten as many compliments for something I've cooked as I did those two nights. So, I figured I just had to share the recipe with you too. It's something special with the combination of the sweet, creamy pannacotta and the fresh passion fruit. I improvised this combination when I was in the grocery store and based it on my old pannacotta recipe that I published here this summer. A tip for Saturday night dinner!
